The ideal candidate will also be prepared to produce additional e-newsletters for special events (Bound for Glory, major news breaking, etc).

Ideal candidates will be able to add Smackdown!, NXT, Xplosion, pay-per-view, House Show, and other event results to IWHeadlines.com soon after each show ends. Reports for these events should be independently prepared by the results reporter and not simply copied and pasted from other websites.
Results reporters can also provide reports on ROH, TNA, and WWE’s web-based programming including any online interview shows, pregame or post-game talk shows, press conferences broadcast over the internet, or other such events. Again, these reports should be independently prepared by the reporter and not simply copied and pasted from another website.

IWHeadlines.com seeks up to 1 person to fill the position of news reporter. Ideal candidates will be able to add current news and rumors to IWHeadlines.com’s Latest Updates board on a consistent basis. News and rumor reports added to the Latest Updates board should be independently written and not simply copied and pasted from other websites. In addition, IWHeadlines.com prides itself on reporting news as news and opinion as opinion. In other words, we expect our news team to be able to differentiate between a source’s personal opinion on a topic versus an independently verified news item. We’re happy to explain this philosophy in detail if asked.

IWHeadlines.com reserves the right to delete or edit these links based on their content and without warning to the author. Links should not be vulgar in tone nor should they be misleading in any manner. If an author is unsure whether his or her link is acceptable, they should ask before adding it to their post.
Other Duties. There may be occasions where IWHeadlines.com asks its volunteer employees to participate in additional tasks. An example of this may be participating in group prediction columns prior to pay-per-views. Opinion Columnist
IWHeadlines.com seeks up to 0 people to fill the position of opinion columnist. Ideal candidates will have some previous writing experience and be ready to write columns that are more than the typical post-event recap. Opinion columnists should have a sufficient command of the written word and refrain from using “text-like” language (i.e. using abbreviated words in place of actual words is unacceptable). A good understanding of proper grammar and punctuation is beneficial to the applicant.
Opinion columnists should be ready to write a new column at least twice per month. The column should obviously deal with subject matter related directly to WWE, TNA, wrestlers, or television programming. As with all positions on IWHeadlines.com, participation is on a volunteer basis; IWHeadlines.com is not able to offer financial compensation for this participation.
